Anxiety Relief: 28 days of Yoga for Anxiety

What if I told you that with simple movement and breath you can reprogram your nervous system out of the fear state of anxiety, transforming your life of effort into a life of ease. 

In this 28 day program, we will spend 15 minutes per day together where I will instruct you through the tenets of yoga. Together we will carefully unwind the grip of anxiety on your nervous system so you can feel tangible relief. 

Through my research as a transformational yoga teacher, I have found a way to get out of my head, back into my body, and to bring myself home. It is my life’s work and honor to help you do the same.

Intro to Yoga for Anxiety

In this FREE workshop, I walk you through the foundation of what Yoga for Anxiety is and how it works. I touch on the neuroscience and biochemistry of our bodies and how Yoga allows us to shift our patterns to manage and overcome anxiety.


Chakra Yoga

This series walks you through each of the Chakras, their meaning, how they connect to your body, and a specific asana (flow) to bring you into balance. This is a powerful experience that opens you up to the possibilities of life.
